Life just feels different at the beach...
I've always lived near the beach since I was born and raised on Cape Cod spending many days on Old Silver Beach in North Falmouth during my childhood and spoiled with the warm waters. We then moved to Marshfield (yikes cold water!) where I spent most of my life and was lucky to live in another beach town. I now live in Duxbury, MA where the drive on beach is #life. I don't think I could ever get sick of the ocean!
Things I love:

sleeping in
thunderstorms
a good book
heated blankets
a vanilla latte on a cold day, an iced cold brew coffee on a hot day
being home with no plans (I am an introvert!)
Why I love what I do
Photos are so meaningful.
Just six months after getting married, my grandmother passed away. Sitting with my family, flipping through old photo albums and a big box of prints, I realized how powerful photos really are. They became a source of healing, connection, and deep gratitude—especially my wedding album, where she lives on in those pages. That experience is why I do what I do.
Whether I’m capturing honest, joy-filled moments for families or creating intentional brand imagery for small business owners, my mission is the same: to create photographs that feel like home and help you preserve what matters most—now and for years to come.

I am a lifestyle photographer. What does that mean?
It means I'll let your kids run around and be silly, it means I'll let your fiancé splash you with ocean water, it means I'll let you husband put your daughter on his shoulders, its means I'll let your dog steal the show.
This is real life- and it's still beautiful even when it's not perfect

We finally got around to scheduling family photos and chose Jessica Rose based on reviews & her portfolio online....they turned out amazing! We had booked a beach session months in advance and ended up with a failed first attempt due to inclement weather but the make-up day could not have been more perfect! Jessica is super sweet (our 5 year old daughter absolutely adored her), upfront and her final edits are lovely. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and we'll treasure the photos forever!
